Woven with story and soul, our Kantha Dohar quilts are made from layers of underprint cotton salvaged from traditional woodblock printing tables in Jaipur. Each quilt bears the traces of many layers of prints, creating a softly faded, painterly surface with unique, timeworn beauty. Backed with our cotton-linen blend and filled with 100% natural pin-punched cotton, then finished with blanket-stitched edges and hundreds of tiny hand-sewn kantha stitches by the women we work closely with in surrounding villages. No two are ever the same.
