Created through a unique underprint technique where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton front reveals unexpected patterns and soft, layered colour - each one entirely unrepeatable. This piece carries the Dream Weaver pattern: dusty rose, blush, sage green, and muted plum drift together across the surface in an impressionistic wash, colour bleeding into colour with no hard edges - soft, luminous, and entirely without repetition. A limited edition of three; no two are the same.
The reverse is crafted in a deep Damson linen-cotton blend, the kantha running stitch visible on both sides - rows of hand-worked thread stitching the layers together across the full surface, giving the quilt its characteristic softness and drape. A Damson blanket stitch frames the edge with a clean, considered finish.
