Limited edition of 2 - each one slightly different, none repeated. Where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton beneath reveals the Tangerine pattern - a dense, glowing field of warm terracotta, burnt orange and coral, with fine vertical stripe lines running through the cloth and flashes of green, teal, pink and cream breaking through the warm ground. Scattered small floral block-print motifs in dark outline drift across the lower half, like climbing flowers on a sun-baked garden wall. Abundant, earthy and entirely unrepeatable.
The Moss Green linen-cotton backing provides a vivid botanical contrast to the warm orange tones of the front. A 1cm flat flange frames the cover, finished with quiet precision.
