Created through a unique underprint technique where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton front reveals unexpected patterns and soft, layered colors that tell a story of heritage and artisanal craft. Horizontal bands of pattern create a landscape-like composition with fuchsia, damson, deep blue, and purple layered in striped and geometric formations, each hue building upon the last—a saturated, painterly surface where no two pieces are identical.
