This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton beneath reveals the Jaipur Sunset Glow 1 pattern - a warm, luminous scatter of dusty pink, coral, amber-yellow and soft lavender, falling in loose vertical columns across the cloth like light through a rain-washed window at dusk. Flashes of olive green and slate blue drift through the warm ground, adding depth and shadow to the glowing palette. Like a Jaipur sunset captured in cloth - entirely unrepeatable.
The Moss Green linen-cotton backing provides a fresh, grounding contrast to the warm sunset tones of the front. A 1cm flat flange frames the cover, finished with quiet precision.
