This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton beneath reveals the Graffiti Grid Blossom pattern - a warm amber-yellow ground layered with a bold honeycomb and diamond grid in the upper centre, a large terracotta-red rectangular block on the left, and fine vertical stripe columns in the lower centre. Dark navy outlined cherry blossom sprigs cascade down the right side, while scattered red rose motifs and soft floral forms drift throughout. Fine grid lines and check patterns layer beneath everything, building a composition of extraordinary complexity - like a Kyoto garden wall seen through a graffiti-tagged window. Each is entirely unrepeatable.

The Damson linen-cotton backing deepens the plum and burgundy tones woven through the front, anchoring the warm amber and terracotta with a rich, dark elegance. A 1cm flat flange frames the cover, finished with quiet precision.
