Created through a unique underprint technique where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton front reveals unexpected patterns and soft, layered colors that tell a story of heritage and artisanal craft. Horizontal bands of pattern create a landscape-like composition with bronze, Iris blue, Damson, ochre, and soft blue layered in striped and geometric formations, each hue building upon the last—a saturated, painterly surface where no two pieces are identical.
